A: At AngelaLaArt, digital download refers to artworks created or edited and presented using digital technology. These include a variety of visual art forms such as digital paintings, illustrations, 3D renders, and graphic designs. Digital items available on this platform are high-resolution downloads, which can be used for personal use only unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
These items are digital and available for download only, not a physical, tangible item. When you order something digital, no physical item will be sent to you. Making your download a physical print will be your responsibility.
Physical orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase Monday through Friday. If you place your order on a weekend, it will be shipped by the following Monday. This does not include holidays. Ordering on or the day before a holiday may extend the time it takes to get your order shipped out. Once shipped, the time will depend on the shipping method and where the item or items are being shipped to.
Items shipped with USPS first class mail generally have the following time frames:
United States - 1 to 5 business days
Canada & Mexico - 7 to 14 business days
Rest of the world - 7 to 30 business days
Once shipped, the time it takes is out of our hands. The above time frames are loose estimates and the actual time to get to you can vary and be less or more than stated above.
